Dear Friends,

It has been a busy January so far.  Thank you all for your participation in the many events that have started off the year. 

We had an exciting Swearing-In Ceremony on January 11, and we have held the first Richmond City Council meeting with our newly sworn-in City Council.  

I would like to share with all of you my 2011 State of the City Address presented at the January 18 City Council meeting.  This year I presented a powerpoint to give residents a pictoral sense of some of the many important developments and activities that have occured during 2010.
